RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Infinite Style, we value your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you in the ways described below. Please carefully read our return and refund policy, which applies to all orders placed on our online store in Quebec.


1. General Return Conditions

  • Return Deadline
    You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return items. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.

  • Status of Articles
    Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    Some products, such as “final sale” or personalized items, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Proof of Purchase
    Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be included with the returned package.


2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact Our Customer Service
    Before returning an item, please contact our customer service at infiniteshop@hotmail.com. Our advisors will provide you with a return authorization number and the necessary instructions.

  2. Preparing the Package
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase and return authorization number in the package.

  3. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it is due to our error or the product is defective. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure proper receipt of the package.


3. Refunds

  • Reimbursement Terms
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
    Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Ineligible Items
    Items considered "final sale", as well as those that do not meet the return conditions (original condition, packaging, etc.), will not be eligible for a refund.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as for a return and indicate your preference when contacting our customer service. Availability of exchange items is not guaranteed and depends on stock levels.


5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at infinitestyle@hotmail.com with supporting photos. We promise to provide you with a prompt solution, whether it's an exchange or a full refund, including shipping costs.
